I want to share my totally awesome fitness experience with you. As you can probably quess, I’ve been through a fitness transformation, which is largely due to one exercise DVD program. Be prepared to be thrilled because I'm going to explain the secret to transforming your physique just like I did.
In reality, it’s not really a secret at all; it’s more of a technique. All you have to do is make it as straightforward for yourself as possible to exercise at home at least once a day. Elect to choose one body weight exercise program and stick to it. Once you’ve decided what works for you, then you can merely rely on something that you know works. You can come home from work, stick the exercise DVD in, then merely workout alongside the trainer on your TV and before you know it, you are in tip-top-shape.
What I did to help myself get through exercising every day was to set out my exercise outfit by the front door, so I could change into them right when I got in the door. Then I would hit the play button. I did this even if I didn’t feel like exercising and it’s effective! Just watching people exercising and having ipod playing motivated me to truly workout! This technique even worked for my wife, Sarah. She might be upset when she discovers that I posted her before and after pictures, but I had to express how proud I am of her, and all it required of her was sticking to the below home exercise program.
